Pop The Question

What does pop the question mean? It means that every time a believer shares their faith, they should pop the question which gives the person a chance to receive Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. The question is this. If you died today and stood before the Lord and He said why should I let you into heaven, what would you tell Him? This question must be asked to everyone we come into contact with and that we witness to. It gives us a chance to see if a person is saved or unsaved. There is only one answer to this question that is the right answer. The only right answer is that I am born again through the blood of Jesus Christ. Any other answer to this question is not the right answer. No one can get to heaven through works, by going to church, by living in America, by being a good person or by thinking that we are a Christian in our minds. The only way we can get to heaven is by repenting of our sins and turning to Jesus as our personal Savior and Lord. Now if a person does not know the answer to the question and does not want to receive Christ after the gospel is explained, then you continue to talk kind to them, show them great compassion and let them go on their way. But at least they have heard the gospel and they can never stand before the Lord and say they never heard about Jesus and His saving grace. Just telling people about Jesus and handing out tracts without popping the question is leaving the act of witnessing not fully completed. To complete the act of witnessing, the question must be popped and a reaction and answer must occur no matter what the answer is..

Pop the Question when you witness. Pop the question to everyone you share the gospel with. POP THE QUESTION…
